About Me

Hi there!

My name is Linda, and I am the author of Her Satisfied Soul. I would love to share my heart with you on why I began this blog and how I believe it can benefit you, but before I do, I’d like to take some time to introduce myself to you. I love adventures of most any kind, but especially those that include being in nature. I like to sing, read, play games and spend time with those closest to me. I love variety and I appreciate creativity. I also love learning more about health and fitness and incorporating those things into my everyday life.

Educationally, I have an Associate Degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and I am a Certified Temperament Counselor through the National Christian Counselors Association. I am also currently working towards my Master’s Degree in Clinical Christian Counseling. I have always had a heart for people and ministry, but it took me a long time to find my “sweet spot” and begin pursuing it. My passion is to help teenagers, young adults and women come into a closer relationship with God. I love coming alongside those who have felt the pain of rejection, loneliness, shame, disappointment, and low self-worth. I also love working with people who continually face battles with depression, anxiety, codependency, abuse, and addiction. My first goal is to help others find comfort in God’s unfailing love. Secondly, I want to help people learn to develop positive thinking patterns and overcome their fears so they can begin to trust again.

I believe that no matter what you have been through – either what you have done or what has been done to you, that there is still HOPE. My desire is that through these writings, you would find that hope too. My perspective and approach is holistic in that healing encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. My goal is to dive deep into each of these areas with you through the writings in Her Satisfied Soul.

If you’d like to make a commitment to this journey of discovery together, then scroll over to the side bar and drop your email into the “subscribe and connect” section to receive email updates from me.

Now, let’s talk about what Her Satisfied Soul is all about, it’s impact and how it can benefit you too!  (Insert a link to my first blog post… “Soul Food”).

Sincerely,

Her Satisfied Soul
