We’re Flying to Egypt!

My sister and I are going on another adventure – An opportunity came up to travel Egypt + Israel for a couple weeks with some friends from Bible school, it was too awesome to turn down 🙂 Tomorrow we’ll fly out of Vancouver and make our way to Cairo, Egypt and be there for a week or so. Then we will scoot over to Jerusalem, Israel and spend another week before heading home; true north, strong + free. Continue reading

Bucket List: Go Snuba Diving

No it’s not a spelling mistake 😉 Snuba diving is a combination of snorkeling + scuba diving! It’s on my Bucket List to also go scuba diving- But this was my first go and I had to share the experience! My family and I went to Maui, Hawaii a couple years ago and we went snorkeling with Sail Trilogy at the Molokini Crater just off of Maui island. 10/10 would recommend – Solid 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! 😀 Continue reading

Bucket List: See the Christ the Redeemer Statue

I got to see the Christ the Redeemer statue when my sister, Andra, and I went to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil a couple summers ago during the 2016 summer Olympics! It is on my Bucket List to see all of the New 7 Wonders of the World! It was absolutely incredible to see this mega statue in real life! 🙂

I Can Become More

I read an article about how Canadians have stolen the “American Dream”. North America as a whole I believe is a very “comfortable” place to live. I think part of comfortable living comes from fear of change and fear of failing. When you’re comfortable why would you make yourself uncomfortable by embracing change in order to grow and become better? I literally asked myself this question after watching the Lion King recently!
